Evaluation of milk quality indicators depending on seasonality in the conditions of JSC Kirov Volgograd region

چکیده
The paper presents the results of studying influence season on change in physico-chemical and amino acid composition milk obtained from black-and-white cows. During analysis, it was revealed that throughout year not constant. highest fat content produced autumn winter, while protein found spring summer milk. autumn-winter period is higher compared to spring-summer period, which due a diet, namely predominance concentrated feeds winter. Based data obtained, can be assumed by JSC named after Kirov, meets all requirements recommended for production high-quality food.
